What are the qualifications to live there?
Income must be 3 times the amount of rent, credit and criminal background checks are completed, and rental verification is completed by former landlord.
Are bills included?
The tenant is responsible for electricity going through OG&E
Water, sewer, gas, and trash are covered by your Resident Services fee.
Do I have to have insurance?
Yes, we require $100,000 personal liability insurance.
